Trading Officer

We are seeking an experienced OTC Trader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in OTC trading, preferably within the cryptocurrency or financial markets. You will be responsible for executing large block trades, managing client relationships, and contributing to the strategic growth of our OTC desk.

Key Responsibilities:

Trade Execution: Execute OTC trades in cryptocurrencies, ensuring best execution practices and minimal market impact.

Market Analysis: Monitor cryptocurrency markets to identify trading opportunities and provide market insights to clients.

Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients, providing exceptional service and support.

Risk Management: Collaborate with the risk team to manage exposure and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of trading strategies and assist in improving trading systems and processes.

Exchange Workflows: Utilize knowledge of exchange trading workflows to optimize trade execution and settlement processes.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all trading activities and prepare regular reports for management.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

3+ years of experience in OTC trading, preferably in cryptocurrencies or financial markets.

Proven experience with exchange trading workflows and understanding of exchange operations.

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and trading platforms.

In-depth knowledge of exchange trading workflows, order types, matching engines, and settlement processes.

Skills:

Proficient in quantitative analysis and financial modeling.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, CAIA) are a plus.
