Senior Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our innovative team. This role is focused on leveraging cutting-edge technologies, including AWS cloud services, Generative AI (Gen AI), the Bedrock and the Agentic framework. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, developing, and deploying robust and scalable full-stack applications, with a strong emphasis on Gen AI.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in full-stack development, with a deep understanding of AWS services and cloud-native architectures.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and experience with relevant frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Node.js, Django, Flask).
• Hands-on experience with Gen AI technologies, including natural language processing (NLP), text generation, and image generation models.
• Proven expertise in integrating and deploying Gen AI models into application stacks, ensuring optimal performance and seamless user experiences.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with the Amazon Bedrock framework and its ecosystem.
• Familiarity with agentic systems, the Agentic framework, and its application in building intelligent and autonomous software agents.
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-native architectures on AWS.
• Proficiency in implementing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Skills:

Key Gen AI Skills:

● Expertise in natural language processing (NLP) techniques, including text generation, language understanding, and sentiment analysis.

● Understanding of ethical considerations and best practices in the development and deployment of Gen AI systems.

● Familiarity with techniques for improving the safety and reliability of Gen AI models, such as prompt engineering, constitutional AI, and reinforcement learning.
