Position Title: Associate Product Owner

Experience Required: 3 to 4 Years

Location: Gurgaon

Reporting To: Senior Product Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Product Owner with 3–4 years of experience in product lifecycle management, requirements gathering, and stakeholder collaboration. This role requires a Product Ownership, ideal for candidates who thrive in cross-functional teams and are passionate about translating business needs into functional product solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Product Ownership

• Collaborate with Product Manager / Developers / Clients to define and refine product vision and roadmap.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Write clear, concise, and detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and epics.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful delivery of features and enhancements.

🔹 Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on project goals.
• Present updates, roadmaps, and business cases to internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review sessions.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from various stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into user stories.
• Support UAT planning, Support Test Case execution along with QA.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps, etc.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution
• Creation of Wireframes

Educational Background:

• Degree in Business, IT / Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
