Location: Birmingham, UK (80% Remote)

Salary: £82,000

We're hiring a DevOps Manager to lead a sharp team of engineers, shape slick CI/CD pipelines, and keep infrastructure running like clockwork. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with software teams.

What you’ll do:

• Lead a DevOps team and steer delivery
• Build & maintain CI/CD and cloud infrastructure (AWS/EKS)
• Advise on secure, scalable tech solutions
• Support incident response & business continuity
• Guide cloud-native migrations and tooling upgrades
• Keep InfoSec practices aligned with ISO27001

What you bring:

• Strong cloud (AWS), containerisation (EKS), and IaC skills
• GitLab, Ansible, Linux, CLI mastery
• Confident in mentoring, managing, and consulting
• Knowledge of networking, security, and agile delivery
• Programming skills (Python or PHP = bonus)
• DevOps/Cloud certs? Even better
