Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex product development projects.

This role involves managing cross-functional teams, overseeing budgets, developing governance, and driving strategic initiatives in collaboration with leadership and clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills to deliver results in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Manage several project teams across multiple locations with a total headcount of over 50 people
Oversee project budgets and deliver financial analysis reports for top management
Present status updates, risks, and project milestones to the leadership team periodically
Develop end-to-end project governance and comprehensive tracking methodologies
Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical and business goals through strategic planning
Build relationships with multiple client stakeholders and manage expectations effectively
Lead teams of architects, developers, and QA engineers to achieve project goals
Drive risk management efforts and implement organizational best practices in projects
Navigate pre-sales activities, contribute to project discovery, and support business development initiatives
Foster an understanding of clients’ industries, businesses, and objectives for tailored project execution
Oversee people management functions at scale (30-50 staff), including engagement, retention, growth, and compensation
Balance a sense of urgency with a calm, confident approach to leadership

Requirements

Proven experience managing and coordinating product development projects
Expertise in Program Management, Project Management, and Scrum Master methodologies
Demonstrated leadership and proficiency in people management, including team motivation and engagement
Background in stakeholder relationships with the ability to manage client interactions effectively
Capability to assess enterprise systems and propose efficient solutions to business challenges
Strong results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering valuable products and solutions

Nice to have

Background in pre-sale proposal development
Understanding of project discovery processes for business attraction
Flexibility to contribute to up-sales efforts alongside project delivery
