Senior Product Manager – Cross-Chain Swaps – Europe/USA (Remote)

Plexus are working with a cross-chain token swap platform. Since 2022, they have worked with 80+ chains, powering major DeFi protocols and wallets with over $3B in volume, and have raised $10m+ in funding.

With a new Mobile + Web app in development, they are looking for a Sr PM to own this, as well as help define best practices for the product function within the business. Details as follows:

Responsibilities

• Own the new iOS + Web Application for cross-chain swaps platform
• Lead internal product function, establishing best practices and innovating delivery
• Work in agile, cross-functional teams – partnering with Engineering, Marketing + Growth teams as well as C-Suite/Founders

Requirements

• Must be from a web3-natvie Product Management background
• Must be experienced delivering consumer-ready applications with high user volume
• DeFi-fluent, strong understanding of DeFi industry and specifications around onchain transactions, swaps, staking, lending etc
