Multiple Data & AI Roles – Work with a Leading Organisation

Our client is investing heavily in their internal Data & AI capability and has engaged us to support the recruitment of several key roles. These positions are permanent, Sydney-based (with hybrid flexibility), and sit within a major transformation program focused on enabling advanced analytics, GenAI, and machine learning services.

We’re currently recruiting across the following areas:

🔹 Machine Learning Engineers & Data Scientists
Hands-on experience with Azure ML, Databricks, SageMaker, PySpark, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn. Strong understanding of ML model development and deployment is essential.

🔹 NLP & LLM Engineers
Focus on large language model (LLM) development, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering using tools like Azure OpenAI and HuggingFace. Experience with GenAI, RAG, and text analytics is highly regarded.

🔹 MLOps Engineers
Support the full ML lifecycle with MLFlow, CI/CD, Azure Functions, Terraform, and Kubernetes. Prior experience in scaling AI/ML solutions is key.

🔹 Data Engineers (AI-Focused)
Design and build robust data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, PySpark, and SQL to support analytics and AI workloads.
