About the role:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst (BI/ Reporting) to support the migration of reports from legacy systems to SAP BW/4HANA for a global mining organisation in Brisbane.
This role focuses on enhancing reporting capabilities and aligning with modern BI tools to deliver meaningful insights across core business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and review existing legacy reports
• Perform data mapping for Purchase to Pay (P2P) and Contract to Cash (C2C) processes
• Develop report specifications tailored for SAP BW/4HANA
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate reporting requirements
• Facilitate and support testing of newly developed BI reports

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in Business Analyst roles focused on data and reporting migrations
• Demonstrated experience in analysing business requirements and translate them into reporting specifications
• Background in Business Intelligence and report development will be beneficial
• Proficiency in BI tools such as SAP Analysis for Office, Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
• Understanding of SAP BW (functional knowledge preferred)
• Understanding of P2P and C2C processes (training provided if needed).
