Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Partner to help us secure strategic agreements with football clubs and expand our network of industry partners. This role will be instrumental in driving the growth of Prime Players by leveraging their connections within the football industry to establish impactful partnerships. If you are passionate about football, experienced in partnership management, and have a solid network within the industry, this position is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to secure agreements with key football clubs in targeted markets.
• Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with clubs interested in monetizing their player development rights.
• Leverage your network in the football industry to facilitate introductions and strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with the Prime Players team to align platform needs and goals across different regions.
• Represent Prime Players at industry events and in meetings with clubs and key organizations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the football industry, preferably in partnerships, sales, or business development roles.
• Extensive network within international football clubs (first and second division).
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven track record in closing deals with clubs or in sports industry consulting.
• Nice to have: Extensive network within FIFA.
