Product Manager - LATAM

As a Product Manager at Space Inch, you'll be the bridge between our clients and internal teams, helping turn ideas into high-quality digital products. Reporting to the CPO/COO, you'll lead day-to-day delivery while ensuring alignment between client goals and our design and development efforts.

You'll typically work with one client (sometimes more), managing multiple projects or workstreams. You'll run Agile processes, ensure clarity and momentum, and keep stakeholders focused on building the right things—always with a calm, thoughtful presence.

• Our remote-first team (:45 people) is primarily based in Croatia, with members in South America, Serbia, and the US

Requirements

• 6-8+ years in a product management, project management, or delivery role in digital product environments
• Familiarity with Agile processes: sprints, planning, grooming, retrospectives
• Ability to write clear user stories and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Comfortable using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Google Docs
