Location: Hasselt (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

We are working with a leading global player in aviation technology who are looking for a Senior React Native Developer to join their team within their modern offices in Hasselt. You will be working on a new chat platform that makes it easier for all stakeholders within the flight experience, from the Pilot to the Engineers, to communicate more efficiently and effectively.

Your Role:

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of our React Native mobile applications
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product owners, designers, and backend developers
• Mentor and guide junior developers to elevate team performance and code quality
• Drive best practices in mobile app architecture, testing, and deployment
• Participate actively in product planning and technical decision-making

What They're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a React Native developer, ideally with leadership or senior-level responsibilities
• Proficiency in React/TypeScript, React Native ecosystem, and mobile app lifecycle
• Experience working in SaaS or B2B software environments is a plus, aviation industry knowledge is a bonus
• Fluent in Dutch and English (verbal and written) for seamless communication
• Enthusiastic about hybrid working: 3 days per week in our Hasselt office and 2 days remote
• Excellent problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and team spirit
