The Team & Mission

You’ll be part of a cross-functional, transversal analytics team responsible for unlocking business insights from customer interactions across various communication channels, including chat and voice. The team works at the intersection of AI innovation, data governance, and customer experience.

Your Role

• Analyze customer conversations (chats, calls) using Dataiku visual and code recipes, alongside LLMs from providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Mistral
• Apply prompt engineering and NLP to detect behavioral patterns, customer concerns, and emerging topics
• Collaborate with teams across customer service, marketing, and operations to translate raw data into actionable insights
• Design and build user-friendly Dataiku applications that empower business users to explore and generate insights independently
• Identify and monitor areas of customer dissatisfaction, sharing strategic findings with relevant teams for follow-up
• Ensure ethical AI usage and compliance with GDPR and other privacy standards
• Work closely with the Data Science Center of Excellence to share knowledge and best practices

Your Profile

• Solid hands-on experience with Dataiku, including data preparation, model deployment, and building web-based analytics apps
• Proven track record in GenAI, NLP, and working with unstructured text data
• Skilled in Python, SQL, and modern ML frameworks
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business questions into data solutions
• Comfortable working in Agile environments and engaging with non-technical stakeholders
