We are looking for a Data & Reporting Manager for our offices in Madrid:
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Lead the development of AI-driven analytics solutions to support commercial strategies.
- Design and implement predictive models to forecast business outcomes and optimize performance.
- Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and enhance decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align analytics with business goals.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting through advanced data science techniques.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a data-driven culture within the team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence roles.
- Experience in areas such as consulting, banking, or retail considered a plus.
- Strong expertise in AI, machine learning, and predictive modeling.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) ,especially in Power BI programming with DAX and Power Query
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate data into business strategies.
