Project Manager – Renewable Energy | Finland

Our client, a fast-growing renewable energy developer, is looking for a driven and hands-on Project Manager to lead the development of wind and solar energy projects across Finland. What you’ll do:

• Lead end-to-end project development, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, municipalities, and local authorities.
• Oversee permitting processes, including Land Use Planning (LUP) and Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA).
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and profitability tracking throughout the development lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants on site investigations, layout design, and technical feasibility.

What we’re looking for:

• 3–6 years of experience in renewable energy project development, preferably in wind or solar.
• Strong understanding of permitting, land use planning, and stakeholder engagement in Finland.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with both public and private sector stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with cross-disciplinary teams.
• Fluency in Finnish and English is required.
