Job Description

We’re looking for a DACH Country Manager to lead STX Next’s expansion in the region by driving new business, strengthening client relationships, and accelerating revenue growth. You’ll manage a regional “team DACH” (2–3 members) while leveraging resources from STX Next’s HQ, reporting directly to the Board and collaborating with Delivery Managers, Pre-Sales, and Demand Generation.

Beyond sales, this role is about strategic growth and positioning STX Next at the forefront of AI innovation. You’ll engage with prospects, provide tailored solutions, and champion AI-driven transformation through pilot projects and proof of concepts. Your success will directly impact the scaling of the DACH organization, allowing you to expand the team and shape our go-to-market strategy.

Your insights will refine our sales playbook, optimize outreach, and ensure STX Next remains a trusted AI and digital innovation partner in the region.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

One to three months

  • Master STX Next’s services, value propositions, and unique market differentiators.
  • Complete a structured onboarding program, including training sessions, role-playing, and strategic deep dives.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to define and launch an effective outreach strategy tailored to the DACH region.
  • Get hands-on with CRM, analytics, and sales tools to optimize prospecting and pipeline management.
  • Build strong relationships across Sales, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams, including onsite visits to STX Next’s headquarters in Poznań.
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales to establish sales forecasts and reporting frameworks.
  • Align with the Director of Demand Generation on GTM strategies and build relationships with our Strategic Consultancy team
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and high-potential prospects.
  • Three to twelve months
  • Build and nurture a strong sales pipeline from day one, converting opportunities into high-value projects and long-term revenue growth.
  • Lead full-cycle sales engagements, from prospecting and qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Drive enterprise and mid-market (Mittelstand) sales, ensuring strong alignment with client needs.
  • Monitor pipeline performance, track key metrics, and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Oversee post-sales relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding, high retention, and expansion opportunities.
  • Partner with Pre-Sales teams to conduct discovery workshops, both onsite and remote.
  • Stay ahead of technology trends and provide insights on potential new service offerings.

Three to twelve months

Requirements

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Passion for winning customers, combining hands-on direct sales execution with effective team collaboration.
  • Proven experience in selling Professional Services to both mid-market and enterprise clients, navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Ability to enhance sales effectiveness through strategic commercial partnerships, expanding reach and market impact.
  • Strong understanding of product development, software engineering, and emerging technology trends.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and sales enablement tools.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Analytical mindset, with a data-driven approach to sales performance and forecasting.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Native German speaker and a minimum of C1-level English proficiency.
