Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product roadmap, backlog, and prioritisation in collaboration with stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Translate business objectives into actionable user stories and technical specifications.
• Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment across all parties.
• Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and regular cross-functional workshops.
• Maintain a clear and transparent communication pipeline with all stakeholders to ensure product goals and delivery timelines are met.
• Gather and incorporate feedback from users, internal teams, and business partners to inform product iterations.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality product releases that align with business objectives and user needs.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven track record as a Product Owner or Product Manager within a technical or software development environment.
• Strong understanding of software development principles; hands-on experience in coding or technical architecture is a strong advantage.
• Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead product delivery in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote-first setup.
