I am looking for a Project Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of a unified platform across European teams, reporting directly to the CTO and collaborating with both internal and external customers.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

Drive end-to-end delivery in an agile environment

Lead cross-regional teams building a new digital platform for pharmacies

Shape delivery processes, structure, and culture

Engage directly with the CTO, CEO, and Product teams

Operate with real autonomy, authority, and high impact

✅ Requirements/Skills:

Proven experience delivering complex projects in Agile settings

Strong communication and stakeholder management (internal & external)

Background in external product delivery (e.g., healthcare, insurance, finance)

A natural leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership roles
