Who we are looking for

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer Freeelance to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building scalable, high-performance backend systems and microservices architecture.

What we need from you

• Java 11+ with modern features and performance optimizations
• Spring Framework ecosystem (Boot, MVC, Security, Data)
• Apache Kafka for event streaming and message processing
• SQL & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis)
• RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Git, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Fluent in Italian, proficient in English

Start date & Duration: Immediate start (ASAP) through September 30th 2025 with possible contract renewal

Work Mode: Full remote
