Business Analyst - Tietoevry Banking (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Business Analyst who wants to be part of Tietoevry Banking. Tietoevry Banking is the leading financial services software and solution partner in the Nordics. We offer modular, pre-integrated banking as a service solutions and market-leading software for core, payments, credit, cards, financial fraud, and wealth. With our scale, expertise, and specialization, we empower financial institutions to enhance agility, efficiency, and accelerate digital transformation.

Join our Retail Payments and Cards unit. It was established in 1992 in Riga to provide processing of payment cards for local banks. To support business grow in 1996 the unit was acknowledged by Tieto corporation. For now Card Suite product family is used by more than 80 direct customers (banks and processing centres) in more than 30 countries worldwide.

With us you will be responsible:

• Perform pre-study for delivery projects
• Convert business requirements into technical language
• Write solution description and other related documentation
• Participate in meetings and business trips to customers
• Present and demonstrate solution/products to customers
• Consult customers regarding business features of solution/products
• Configure products, validate the solution, define priorities
• Work with 3-rd party partners
• Provide customer training
  
  

We expect you to have

• Ability to explain and present complex solutions
• Fluent spoken and written English and Latvian and Russian
• Cross-organisational communication skills
• Problems solving and analytical skills
• Work experience which proves:
• ability and desire to share knowledge;
• business or technical knowledge;
• strong sense of responsibility.
• ability to recognize new business opportunities
• ability to learn and improve skills continuously
• IT or other technical education (University degree)
• Ability to travel
• Experience in Payments Business would be an advantage
