We’re on the lookout for a smart, driven Digital Product Manager who’s hungry for impact - someone who doesn’t wait for tasks but actively tracks, questions, and digs into the market. You’ll be working hands-on with digital product, seeing this role as a real opportunity for growth.

You should love researching competitors, spotting trends before others do, and thinking critically about how we can outperform. At the same time, you need to be deeply data-driven - someone who lives in dashboards, understands numbers, and can translate insights into action.

What you’ll be doing:

• Continuously running A/B tests across different product features and funnel elements
• Proactively suggesting and implementing pricing experiments
• Monitoring and analyzing user behavior, conversions, and funnel performance
• Keeping an active pulse on the competitive landscape and emerging tactics
• Turning findings into clear, actionable growth opportunities

What we’re looking for: 

• Sharp, curious mindset with a strong drive to learn and grow
• Basic understanding of digital products, funnels, and user behavior
• Passion for competitor research and staying ahead of trends
• Comfortable working with data and drawing insights from numbers
• Interest in A/B testing, pricing experiments, and conversion optimization
• Hands-on attitude - not afraid to test, fail, learn, and try again
• No need for 2+ years of experience - we value potential over pedigree
• Someone who’s excited to build, own, and scale real products in the wild

We offer a gross monthly salary starting from €2,500–€4,000, depending on your skills and experience.
