Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of software test engineers.
• Be responsible for developing an efficient test automation framework, standards, and procedures.
• Continuously evaluate and improve automation strategy, standards, technologies, and approaches to identify areas for enhancement.
• Build and maintain test automation pipelines and infrastructure.
• Manage the daily/weekly activities of Test Automation team members and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Interpret, report on test results, and diagnose coding issues.
• Work closely with cross-functional QA teams, subject matter experts, and development teams to understand the product and its architecture.
• Possess a good understanding of general networking protocols.
• Have a solid understanding of continuous integration tools.
• Be highly familiar with Agile Software Development Approach, Java or other Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) languages, and the mobile environment.
• Have the ability to analyze crash logs, backtraces, and assist engineers by utilizing basic debugging techniques.
• Experience with various load testing tools like JMeter and Locust.
• Experience with Java/other Object-Oriented programming languages.

What We Expect:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of test/quality engineering experience and at least 1 years of QA leadership experience,
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of test engineers.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance and testing processes within an agile environment, with a willingness to innovate and improve test processes.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Ability to create web/mobile application tests using Selenium, Appium, Playwright, Cucumber, TestNG.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs.
• Experience in creating API and integration tests (e.g., Karate).
• Strong knowledge of automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress).
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines like Azure DevOps.
• Experience working with agile methodology.
• A collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
