About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Product Manager to join our Digital Channels team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the growth of our digital products, enhancing user experiences, and optimizing our digital platforms for maximum engagement and conversion. You will work at the intersection of technology and finance, using a data-driven approach to innovate and optimize our digital offerings, ensuring we stay ahead in the competitive landscape.

Main Responsibilities

  • Product Discovery & Strategy: Lead product discovery efforts by understanding user needs, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities for growth and optimization in our digital channels.
  • UX/UI Focus: Collaborate closely with Product Designers to develop intuitive and seamless user experiences that meet customer needs and drive engagement.
  • Otimization: Design, implement, and analyze customer feedback to optimize key product features and customer journeys.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Data Analysts, Engineering Teams, and Marketing, to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of product initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data insights to inform product decisions, track performance metrics, and iteratively improve product features.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring that our digital products meet the highest standards of usability and satisfaction.

Profile Needed

  • Experience Level: 2-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a fintech or digital-first environment.
  • UX/UI Expertise: Strong understanding of user experience and user interface design principles, with a proven ability to translate customer needs into actionable product features.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Agility: Adaptable, with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning and improvement in the ever-evolving fintech space.
