🚀 Senior Infrastructure / DevOps Engineer

📍 Amsterdam (Hybrid – 2 days/week)

🛠️ GCP | Pulumi | TypeScript | DevOps at early-stage

We’re working with a founding team building the AI-native operating system for CFOs, and they’re looking for someone to help lay the technical foundations of the platform.

This isn’t a backend feature role, it’s about infrastructure ownership from day one. You’ll be the person who makes sure the system scales, stays secure, and supports real-time AI-driven workflows across finance, accounting, and FP&A.

If you get a kick out of clean infra, automating everything, and building the kind of DevOps culture others copy later, this is for you.

🛠 What you’ll be working on

• Own and evolve cloud infrastructure in Google Cloud Platform, with a focus on networking, IAM, VPC design, and cost efficiency
• Build and manage infra as code using Pulumi (in TypeScript)
• Support and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows (GitHub Actions)
• Collaborate with engineering to build secure, observable systems that support AI agents and structured workflows
• Partner with product and security teams on SOC2 compliance, secure defaults, and auditability (we use Vanta)
• Establish and scale DevOps practices, tooling, and system design across the team

🧩 About you

• You’ve built and maintained production infrastructure on GCP ideally including VPCs, IAM, KMS, and related services
• You know your way around infra-as-code (Pulumi, Terraform, or CDK)
• You’re comfortable writing or reviewing backend code in TypeScript (this isn’t a pure ops role)
• You’ve worked in environments with security and compliance requirements (SOC2, ISO27001, etc.)
• You enjoy early-stage pace and taking real ownership of how systems run in the wild
