Join us at STG as a dynamic Product Manager, where you'll lead innovation and shape the future of service products. Your day will be filled with driving R&D efforts, manage budgets, and aligning projects with our strategic goals. You'll transform R&D-developed products into market-ready solutions, collaborating globally to ensure successful commercialization. Engage with marketing and sales teams to launch new service products, using platforms like Sales Force and Webinars to communicate our value proposition. Your role is pivotal in maintaining and developing our service product portfolio, identifying market trends, and ensuring seamless communication across the organization.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead R&D projects, managing budgets and aligning with STG's strategic goals.
• Transform R&D products into market-ready solutions, evaluating business models and pricing.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to launch new service products globally.
• Support portfolio management by identifying gaps and trends in the service product portfolio.
• Develop communication channels to improve transparency and information flow within the organization.
  
  
  

What You Bring

• Strong drive and self-motivation, with the ability to work without predefined frameworks.
• Experience in project management and technical knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build commercial clarity and structure out from technical descriptions.
• Innovative and customer-focused approach, with the ability to drive innovation for customer value.
• Willingness to travel for customer interactions and trade shows.
