About The Group People & Culture Team

Our Global People & Culture vision is to inspire, empower, and engage our people to deliver extraordinary results — and to live our purpose in a rapidly evolving world.

The Group People & Culture Team consists of six professionals located across Stockholm, Malmö, and Brussels. We lead global HR initiatives across areas such as Performance Management, Learning & Development, Employer Branding & Engagement, and HR Technology — all under the leadership of our Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

In this internship, you’ll report functionally to the Global Employer Branding & Engagement Lead and join a team that sees potential in every person and situation, opens its eyes to all that's good, and works with purpose to make the world a safer place.

About The Role

This internship is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their career to gain hands-on experience in a global HR environment. You’ll get the chance to work with senior colleagues on meaningful projects, build confidence with HR data and systems, and help deliver insights that support our people strategy.

As Global People Analytics & Projects Coordinator (Intern), you’ll be part of a supportive and experienced team. Your main focus will be the Global People Survey, one of the largest employee engagement efforts in the world — but you’ll also gain exposure to high-impact topics like Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, pay transparency, and job architecture.

What You’ll Do?

Your day-to-day work will focus on two main areas.

  • Global People Survey initiative

Working closely with Simon, our Global Employer Branding & Engagement Lead, you will:

  • Help set up and manage the survey in Workday Peakon, including data validation and user access.
  • Track participation and support countries with technical and data-related questions.
  • Assist in analyzing results and creating engaging reports for senior stakeholders.
  • People Analytics & Reporting initiatives

In collaboration with Lisa, our Global HR Lead for Technology & People Projects, you will:

  • Support reporting linked to CSRD, pay transparency, and global job architecture.
  • Help structure and manage people-related datasets.
  • Contribute to dashboards and presentations that turn data into meaningful insights.

What You’ll Bring?

Essential Requirements

  • A recent graduate or final-year student in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • A structured, curious, and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Confidence using Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools in your daily work.
  • A genuine interest in learning more about people data, global HR, and engagement.

Nice To Have Requirements

  • Familiarity with tools like Workday, PowerBI, or similar HR/data platforms.
  • Interest in employee engagement, job architecture, or compensation strategies.
  • Comfort navigating multicultural environments.

What We Offer

  • A learning-focused internship where you’ll build real experience in global HR.
  • The chance to contribute to one of the world’s largest employee engagement surveys.
  • Exposure to experienced HR professionals and strategic people topics.
  • A people-focused culture shaped by our EVP: People. Purpose. Opportunity.
  • A chance to join a purpose-driven organization where every day is about making your world a safer place
