The impact you’ll make

At Paribu, every team member plays a crucial role in driving innovation and delivering high-quality solutions. In the role of People Intern, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting recruitment operations, including publishing job ads, screening. applications, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Assisting in onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Contributing to People-related projects such as employer branding, internal communications, and engagement initiatives.
• Preparing presentations and documentation to support People operations.
• Helping build and maintain an exceptional candidate and employee experience.
• Collaborating across departments to support People team priorities.

Key competencies

We believe skills and potential matter as much as experience. To thrive in this role, you should have;

• Final-year university student status or be a recent graduate in Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
• Availability to work at least 4 days per week.
• Strong interest in recruitment and people-focused project work.
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and proactivity.
• Comfort with multitasking and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
