About the job:

Network Engineer works as a part of the Network team to monitor network infrastructure, report unusual events, troubleshoot problems and incidents, communicate with responsible parties to fix issues as well as documenting processes, procedures and operational activities whenever necessary. We are looking for a Network Engineer with the following qualifications.

This position will be

• Working second (Evening) and third (Night) shifts
• Working program: 2 days Second Shift (3:00 pm to 11:00 pm), 2 days Third Shift (11:00 pm to 7:00 am), 2 days off, , 2 days Second Shift (3:00 pm to 11:00 pm), 2 days Third Shift (11:00 pm to 7:00 am), 1 day off,
• On-Site | In-Office
• Location: Florya
• Working with national/international technical departments on a problem to ensure issues are resolved in a timely and accurate manner.
• Supporting during troubleshooting issues with national and international carriers& technical teams.
• Performing system updates and maintenance
• Performing patch management activities and ensuring its compliance with the information security procedures
• Ensuring that the errors are analyzed and the problems are solved in line with the log checks
• Carrying out the forward checks of the systems, detect the situations likely to cause interruption in advance, and perform proactive works
• Planning and testing the disaster recovery scenarios
• Providing support for emergencies and planned maintenance activities
• Designing and implementing monitoring and reporting functions
• Documenting processes, procedures and operational activities

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
• Fluent in English both spoken and written
• 1-3 years of experience in Network Administration
• Expertise in Network Monitoring Services and technologies (Syslog, SNMP, NetFlow/sFlow).
• General knowledge in network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools like Cacti, Grafana, Solarwinds
• Expertise in SD-WAN technology
• Expertise in Routing technologies (BGP, IS-IS, OSPF, etc.) and Wireless Network technologies
• Expertise in Basic Firewall, IPSec/SSL VPN, S/D NAT
• General knowledge in NAC Technologies (802.1x, Profiling and Posture)
• General knowledge in Guest Portals, SDN/NFV and Network Analytics
• Expertise in monitoring tools, ITSM tools, backup and DR tools
• Familarity with Linux operating system
• Familarity with network automation by scripting (Python)
• Collaborative team player, strong interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen interest in technology-related challenges
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, international work environment
