Project Administrator- ERP Program Support

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support our internal IT corporate team in the successful delivery of ERP deployment initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring financial governance, planning, and control across a dynamic program team. You will work closely with stakeholders to manage budgets, coordinate onboarding, and maintain financial project discipline through timely follow-ups and structured documentation. This is a hybrid role with no travel required.

Job Responsibilities:

Financial Governance & Planning

• Drive the definition and tracking of program budgets, including forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Collect and consolidate financial inputs from stakeholders and team members.
• Ensure adherence to financial controls and internal governance standards.
  
  

Administrative & Project Support

• Facilitate onboarding and access management for new team members.
• Coordinate resolution of technical and administrative issues.
• Prepare and organize materials for project meetings, calls, and internal events.
  
  

Tool & Process Enablement

• Support the implementation and administration of tools within the IT Finance scope.
• Assist in change management activities, including scheduling and organizing training sessions.
  
  

Stakeholder Engagement

• Maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders across regions.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and adherence to project schedules and milestones.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SAP is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of finance controlling activities and project support functions.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience in a project support or administrative role, ideally within IT or ERP environments.
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
