C# Developer – Contract (6 Months Extendable)

📍 Location: Abu Dhabi

🕒 6-month Contract (Extendable)

We are hiring a C# Developer on a 6-month extendable contract to support a critical transformation project. You’ll work directly with the Head of IT on a full-stack rebuild, including upgrading Angular from version 1.6 to 6, modernizing backend systems, and enhancing mobile compatibility.

This is a hands-on role ideal for a developer with strong backend skills, Angular migration experience, and a solid understanding of mobile-first design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Lead the upgrade of a legacy Angular 1.6 front-end to Angular 6+

✔️ Develop robust, scalable backend APIs using C#/.NET

✔️ Ensure cross-platform mobile responsiveness and performance

✔️ Work closely with the Head of IT to scope, architect, and deliver key modules

✔️ Collaborate with UI/UX and QA teams for seamless delivery

✔️ Maintain clean, testable code and participate in code reviews

Requirements:

🔹 Proven experience with C#/.NET development

🔹 Strong knowledge of Angular, specifically upgrades/migrations from legacy versions

🔹 Familiarity with mobile development principles (e.g., responsive design, PWA, hybrid apps)

🔹 Experience with RESTful APIs, SQL, and Git workflows

🔹 Ability to work autonomously and drive deliverables with minimal oversight

🔹 Strong communication and problem-solving skills
