Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Software QA Manager to lead the Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing QA processes for complex, high-scale systems, including web and mobile applications. This role involves leading a team, overseeing API testing, and driving quality strategies aligned with product goals using Agile development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a high-performing QA team
• Define and execute QA strategies for complex, integrated systems (web, mobile, backend)
• Drive and participate in API testing to ensure robust and secure backend functionality
• Coordinate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders in Agile environments
• Promote QA best practices in test automation, regression testing, and defect tracking
• Oversee test execution, defect triage, and ensure timely, high-quality releases
• Monitor and report on quality metrics, system health, and test coverage
• Continuously improve QA tools, processes, and automation frameworks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 6+ years of QA experience, with at least 2+ years in a QA or Test Manager role
• Proven experience testing complex systems with multiple integrations
• Strong hands-on experience in API testing (e.g., Postman, REST Assured)
• Solid background in mobile app testing (iOS and Android)
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA integration within Agile sprints
• Skilled in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration
• Proficiency with QA tools such as Jira, TestRail, and Zephyr
