Job Title: Senior Performance Analyst

Job Purpose
The Senior Performance Analyst is responsible for supporting technology-driven procurement transformation initiatives, managing procurement system enhancements, and providing advanced data analytics to enable strategic sourcing decisions. The role drives efficiency and innovation through system implementation, dashboard development, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of procurement system implementations (e.g., Coupa, Suplari, JIRA, Power BI), including scope definition, evaluation, testing, deployment, training, and ongoing support.
- Configure and maintain procurement tools and troubleshoot issues to ensure system availability and performance.
- Develop dynamic dashboards using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making and category strategy execution.
- Collaborate with category managers and stakeholders to derive insights that support contract management and strategic sourcing plans.
- Deliver end-user training and system awareness sessions to improve adoption and effective system usage across departments.
- Research procurement technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure procurement data is integrated within EKFC’s business intelligence tools and drive consistent usage across teams.
- Analyse spend data and provide reporting insights for sourcing strategies, negotiation support, and performance metrics.
- Maintain data quality through regular cleansing, normalisation, and validation to support accurate reporting and analytics.

Qualifications & Experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in procurement analytics, technology implementation, or a related field
Skills:
- Hands-on experience implementing procurement technology solutions
- Proficient in Power BI, data visualisation, and handling large datasets
- Knowledge of programming languages and data modelling
- Familiarity with public cloud platforms and microservices architecture (preferred)
- Understanding of API management and automation tools (preferred)
- Strong communication, training, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, planning, and time management abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain strong cross-functional relationships
