.NET Engineer

We are seeking an experienced .NET Engineer to join our dynamic technology team supporting critical systems within the trading domain. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in .NET technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and prior experience working in fast-paced financial environments such as investment banking, capital markets, or trading platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust .NET applications to support trading operations
• Work closely with business analysts and traders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Implement high-performance, low-latency services and APIs
• Ensure application security, compliance, and performance standards are met
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and infrastructure
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and contribute to technical best practices
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure stability of critical financial systems

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in .NET development (.NET Core, ASP.NET, C#)
• Proven background in banking, trading, or financial services—mandatory
• Solid understanding of multi-threading, asynchronous programming, and performance tuning
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration with enterprise systems
• Familiarity with SQL Server or other relational databases
• Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices including CI/CD, unit testing, and design patterns
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management

Nice to Have

• Exposure to trading systems (e.g., Order Management Systems, market data feeds)
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
• Familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or MSMQ
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
