Our client, a top-tier global hedge fund, is expanding its Fixed Income Technology team and seeking a Fixed Income Tech Project Manager to drive transformative projects across Rates, FX, and credit.

The Role

You will work at the intersection of trading, risk management, and technology, partnering closely with Portfolio Managers, Quants, and Engineers to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Translating high-level business requirements into actionable technical projects
• Leading end-to-end project delivery—from design to stakeholder management
• Conducting hands-on analysis, data crunching, and guiding engineering teams
• Ensuring alignment with platform architecture and strategic direction
• Driving initiatives across pre-trade analytics, execution, risk management, and performance analysis

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong Fixed Income domain knowledge (Rates, Credit, FX, Mortgages)
• Proven project leadership in a multi-team, multi-stakeholder environment
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate solutions clearly
• Technical aptitude—experience with data analysis, design decisions, and software best practices
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across teams and senior leadership
