You'll support Experian's Global Center of Excellence in Leadership Development and Learning, reporting directly to the Global Head of Learning and Leadership Development. You'll contribute to projects that shape the future of leadership at Experian.

This is a remote, part-time (20 hours/week), six month internship.

You'll Have Opportunity To

  • Contribute to the Leadership Development strategy through research and presentation prep.
  • Support our Leadership Development platforms and build learning programs like CEO Forum and the Product Management Academy through research, feedback sessions, and evaluation planning.
  • Develop content and communications to boost leader engagement.
  • Track usage metrics and promote global adoption of leadership tools.
  • Participate in work analyzing the value of learning and leadership on business metrics.
  • Currently enrolled in a Master's degree or higher in Instructional Design, I/O Psychology, Organization Development or other relevant degree.
  • Previous experience in Instructional Design, organization development or an interest in leadership development.
  • Moderate to advanced experience with Excel including creation of VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
  • Proficiency in psychometric statistics, including some level of experience with data modeling, factor analysis, regression techniques, and interpreting complex assessment data to inform talent strategies.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
