Scion Technology has been engaged to lead a Lead Fullstack Developer search on behalf of our client, a nationally recognized technology consulting firm headquartered in Allentown, PA. This onsite role is for immediate, direct-hire placement!

What You Will Do:
- Lead complex software development projects from inception to deployment, ensuring high-quality delivery with minimal oversight
- Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, associates, and clients to gather requirements and create technical solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using technologies including .NET, React, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL
- Debug complex issues, perform risk analysis, and implement scalable software solutions
- Mentor Associate Developers and contribute to the evolution of coding standards and best practices
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Optimize performance and contribute to architectural planning across multiple systems
What You Will Bring:
- 2–3+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in: .NET, React, Typescript, and PostgreSQL
- Experience with software architecture patterns, MVC frameworks, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to debug non-obvious issues
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Passion for clean, well-documented, and efficient code
- A growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning new tools and technologies
