Job Summary – AI Developer (Deerfield IL)
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to develop Generative AI (GenAI) solutions for use cases like text extraction, speech-to-text, chat assistants (knowledge base and transactional data), and workflow automation using AI agents.
- Apply expertise in GenAI frameworks, deployment architectures, and recommend best practices for solution implementation.
- Evaluate solution options, develop proof of concepts (POCs), and review code and solutions from team members.
- Utilize strong knowledge and hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, especially AWS Sagemaker, Bedrock, Transcribe, Textract, Kendra, Translate, and Rekognition.
- Implement and optimize AI/ML/Deep Learning solutions on AWS, including coding and integration of REST APIs.
- Demonstrate understanding of prompt engineering and LLM (Large Language Model) evaluation, including assessing outputs for hallucination, toxicity, bias, and factual correctness.
- Implement application patterns such as context caching and memory management for high-performing AI applications.
- Preferred proficiency in Python and NodeJS programming languages.
- Understanding of full-stack architecture is a strong plus.
- Engage in continuous code review, solution improvement, and best practice sharing within the team.
