Position: Program Manager – Performance & Growth Initiatives (Fresher)

Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers with strong execution mindset can apply)

Location: Hyderabad (Work From Office)

Working Days: 6 days/week

Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the Role

We are hiring passionate and proactive freshers to join as Program Managers in our Performance & Growth Initiatives team. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who loves building systems, is curious about people development, and is excited to work at the intersection of learning, performance, and technology.

What You'll Do

• Support in managing monthly performance reviews and employee development cycles.
• Help design learning programs and track their effectiveness using tools and feedback.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure goal alignment and employee engagement.
• Assist in building dashboards and reports for leadership insights.
• Take ownership of employee onboarding and cultural initiatives.

Who You Are

• A fresher (0–1 year) with strong passion for execution and people-centric systems.
• Excellent communicator with problem-solving abilities.
• Curious, proactive, and ready to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Interested in learning about performance management, L&D, and organizational design.
• Comfortable using digital tools (Excel/Google Sheets, basic AI tools).
