Role Overview

Savills provides a full suite of energy and sustainability services across both the built and natural environments. Savills Earth is expanding rapidly, but currently number 84 and as such is one of the UK’s largest Energy & Sustainability consultancies. At an organisational level we help create the culture, strategies, and direction required to maximise positive contributions to society and the environment, advising on the transparency and governance required to validate and celebrate commitment to sustainability.

Savills Earth established in Autumn 2024 Savills Earth Capital Advisors (SECA), a corporate finance advisory team focused on the energy, renewables and infrastructure sector and we are seeking a graduate to join us from September 2025

We are looking to recruit a Graduate Analyst who would work with the full SECA team to support in the execution of opportunities, as well as firm-wide marketing activities.

Team Overview

The SECA team are engaged in raising money for companies and projects in the energy transition. We pair a full-service financial advisory offering with deep sector expertise and a strong renewables network to unlock the funding needed for businesses to scale and grow.

Our services include

• Acquisitions & Divestitures: Strategic advice on assets sales and acquisitions for optimal value realisation/ portfolio building
• Project finance: Helping our clients secure the necessary funds to enable their project build-outs
• M&A: Facilitating seamless and efficient transactions across all renewable technologies
• Asset valuations: Understanding the key value drivers across a wide variety of sectors
• Financial modelling: Developing detailed, bank grade models appropriate for M&A and debt financing deals
• Due diligence: Leveraging our deep sector expertise to assess risks and opportunities
• Debt Advisory: Structuring debt solutions tailored to financial needs to enable businesses to scale
• Growth Equity: Securing funds to fuel growth for the UK’s most exciting, nascent businesses in the cleantech sector.
  
  
  

The team is positioned to leverage the internal expertise of Savills in both land and real estate and is focused on the full suite of renewable and energy transition technologies, including solar, storage, wind, hydro, energy efficiency and renewable heat through to opportunities in the built environment In cleantech, the team have worked on fundraising mandates for growth-stage companies ranging from digital technology businesses through to infrastructure plus projects driven through innovations in engineering.
