The Role:

We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Program Manager to join our Commercial function and lead the rollout of our customer experience platform with high-profile partners. You’ll be the linchpin between internal teams and external stakeholders, owning everything from onboarding to optimisation.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the implementation of our platform with new and existing partners.
• Align technical, commercial, and operational teams across each project.
• Translate requirements into clear action plans with defined milestones.
• Work closely with partners to ensure smooth adoption and measurable success.
• Identify opportunities to drive more value and scale impact.

You Should Have:

• 3+ years experience in programme or project management.
• Exposure to martech, traveltech, or e-commerce environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A hands-on approach and comfort with fast-paced, startup-style environments.

Bonus Points For:

• Understanding of customer journeys, digital bookings, or marketing automation.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, recommendation engines, or related systems.
• Comfortable using platforms like JIRA, or similar.
