PMO Analyst / 6-month Contract / Day Rate Negotiable / Hybrid
We have exciting opportunity for an immediately available PMO Analyst to join us on an initial 6-month contract with hybrid working where you must be willing to travel to our Reading office 1-2 days per week with some occasional ad-hoc travel to Dublin and other locations which will be fully expensed.
Role Overview:
The PMO Analyst will support the effective operation of the Programme Management Office, playing a key role in reporting, planning, and governance for a global EPOS transformation programme.
This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills, and a good understanding of project and programme delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update programme plans, RAID logs, status reports, and dashboards
- Support the coordination of project governance forums, including preparing packs, minutes, and follow-ups
- Collate and analyse data to support reporting to stakeholders and programme leadership
- Assist in maintaining resource and financial tracking across the programme
- Help embed best practice PMO standards and processes
- Monitor adherence to governance controls and escalate non-compliance
- Support audits and stage gate reviews
Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience in a PMO or project support role within a large-scale programme environment
- Strong knowledge of project management processes, tools and governance frameworks
- Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting skills
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Confident communicator with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
Desirable:
- Experience in the retail sector or with technology transformation programmes
- Exposure to tools like MS Project, Planisware, SharePoint, or equivalent
- PRINCE2 Foundation or similar qualification
