Front-End Web Developer

We are seeking a skilled Front-End Web Developer with 3+ years of experience. This position will be a key part of Swyt's highly skilled team.

Swyt is an all-in-one IT platform to lease, manage, and secure IT environments:

• Access a leasing solution to finance equipment (laptops, smartphones, and more).
• Manage, monitor, and track all devices and applications.
• Onboard and offboard employees in just a few clicks.
• Protect businesses with our MDM Solutions.
• Support employees with real-time IT Helpdesk on Slack, Teams, or WhatsApp.
• Get IT consulting on demand (cybersecurity, cloud-managed services, network management, CRM, business intelligence, collaboration tools, IT compliance, and governance).

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain Swyt’s website and marketing assets in Webflow, ensuring responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
• Use Remix to develop fast, secure, and SEO-friendly web applications.
• Work closely with the design team to translate Figma prototypes into high-quality front-end experiences.
• Ensure all web applications are optimized for speed, performance, and accessibility.
• Regularly refine and improve components to enhance the user experience.
• Write and maintain clear documentation for front-end components and workflows.

Tech Stack:

• Frameworks: Remix, Webflow
• Languages: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Styling: Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Bootstrap
• Version Control: Git
• Tools: Figma, Webflow CMS, ESLint, Prettier

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in front-end development, with hands-on experience in Webflow and Remix.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Skilled in creating responsive, mobile-first designs with a focus on performance and accessibility.
• Proven experience building and managing sites in Webflow, including CMS and animations.
• Experience with Remix framework, creating scalable and SEO-friendly applications.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote team.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS and Material UI.
• Meticulous in creating pixel-perfect designs and catching edge cases.
• Strong organizational skills in documenting code and design processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and proactively propose solutions.
