Junior AI & ML Engineer

Full Time Opportunity

As our Junior AI & Machine Learning Engineer, you’ll work alongside expeirenced senior data scientists and engineers to build real-world models that make a difference.

You will support the development, deployment, and maintenance of AI and machine learning models across a wide range of business applications, from smarter customer segmentation to predictive tools for the contact centre.

A rare opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a commercial AI environment with structured development support to learn best practices and deliver real-world AI solutions that create meaningful impact.

Key Duties

• Assist in building and deploying AI models for customer insights and operations
• Prepare, clean, and explore large datasets for machine learning tasks
• Learn to build scalable ML pipelines in a cloud-based environment
• Support model monitoring and updating to ensure ethical, accurate outcomes
• Partner with business teams to solve real problems with smart data tools
  
  

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Stats or similar
• Python (preferred) or R, with a good grasp of ML libraries like scikit-learn or PyTorch
• Solid SQL skills and understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning
• Some exposure to Generative AI concepts (LLMs, prompt engineering)
• Passion for learning and applying AI in a business context
• Internship, research or personal project experience a plus
