About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our global technology team. This role is key in shaping and maintaining secure, scalable, and efficient software infrastructure that supports our products and services. You will be responsible for integrating security throughout the software development lifecycle, driving automation, and ensuring our codebase and deployments are robust, resilient, and secure.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines with embedded security checks from commit to deployment.
• Automate security tasks such as vulnerability scanning, patching, and compliance reporting.
• Integrate security tools like SAST, DAST, IAST, and SCA into pipelines.
• Manage build tooling, update versions, and drive adoption in products.
• Package and manage product-specific components (e.g., pip/wheels, Conan).
• Support integration of secure frameworks and shared components.
• Monitor build jobs and ensure timely, secure releases.
• Perform security sign-off on product releases

Required Qualifications

• Automation & Programming
• Proficiency in Python and/or Rust
• Experience writing cross-platform scripts with strong debugging skills
• Operating Systems
• Experience working with both Linux and Windows environments
• CI/CD & Security Integration
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD
• Ability to design pipelines with integrated security checks
• Experience integrating tools such as SAST, DAST, IAST, SCA
• Version Control & Build Systems
• Proficiency with Git
• Familiarity with CMake and Conan (or similar package managers)
• Problem Solving & Troubleshooting
• Strong analytical mindset with proven troubleshooting ability across development and QA environments

Desired Qualifications

• Working knowledge of C++ is a plus.

• Familiarity with secure SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) concepts
• Understanding of open-source security risks and compliance standards
