We are working with a machinery company focused on integrating advanced AI technologies. They are seeking a skilled LLM Engineer to join their team and help build and maintain language model pipelines.

Job Description

Large Language Model (LLM) Engineer to design, implement, and optimize training and evolution pipelines for large-scale language models. The ideal candidate will have experience in data management and cleaning, strong Python programming skills, and the ability to document code thoroughly. A research background or experience working with academic or industrial research projects will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain training and evolution pipelines for LLMs.
• Manage and clean large datasets to ensure high-quality input for model training.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented Python code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LLM capabilities into machinery applications.
• Continuously monitor and optimize model performance and pipeline efficiency.
• Maintain thorough documentation for reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in LLMs and NLP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Proven experience working with large language models and machine learning pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Strong skills in data cleaning, preprocessing, and management.
• Research background or experience in NLP/LLM research is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
