We're looking for a Cyber Security Specialist to join a leading R&D team in Brussels/Zaventem on a long-term assignment. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge security solutions and contribute to system protection at an enterprise level.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Identify systems subject to cyber security regulations (UN ECE R155)

✅ Develop and maintain Dataflow Diagrams and Software Design Documents

✅ Participate in system design meetings, assess risks, and create actionable security tasks

✅ Align with Enterprise Architects to ensure IT system security compliance

✅ Conduct Threat Analysis and Risk Assessments (TARA) and define necessary mitigations

✅ Test security measures, document residual risks, and validate implementations

✅ Monitor and triage system vulnerabilities to ensure robust security defenses

✅ Collaborate frequently with international security teams to enhance protection

What You Bring:

🔹 Strong self-organization skills with the ability to manage cybersecurity planning and reporting

🔹 Knowledge of AWS Cloud, Azure, and UN ECE R154

🔹 Expertise in Toyota Way principles and vehicle CAN communication protocols (J2534, ISO 15765-4)

🔹 Familiarity with ISO/SAE 21434, ISO 26262 standards

🔹 Fluent English, with Japanese proficiency as a plus
