Salary: £90k in London OR 35k AED a month in the UAE

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer with a strong passion for user-centered design and a background in designing and shipping world-class B2C focused apps and platforms. In this hands-on role, you’ll lead your design domain, guiding projects from concept through to delivery, and contribute to building a high-performing design team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Design Process: Oversee end-to-end design, from research and ideation through to high-fidelity designs and delivery, aligning closely with the product vision and user needs.
• Problem Solving and Concept Refinement: Collaborate with product counterparts to refine design challenges and follow a well-structured, thoughtful design approach.
• Own Your Domain: Drive innovation and set a high standard for design excellence, ensuring all work aligns with the company’s disruptive vision.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements, create prototypes, and ensure smooth integration between design and development.
• User Research and Testing: Conduct user research and testing, using insights to inform and refine user experiences.
• Mentor and Build the Team: Help build and mentor a talented design team, fostering creativity, growth, and continuous improvement.
• Advocate for the User: Ensure user needs and pain points are central to all design decisions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Product Tech Background: Experience in a product company (not an agency) with a portfolio that demonstrates intuitive, user-focused designs. Ideally some heavy B2C App examples
• Extensive Product Design Experience: 7+ years of experience in product design, with strong storytelling skills and the ability to showcase your design thinking process.
• Leadership and Ownership: Ability to lead projects, own a design domain, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Design Tool Expertise: Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and a strong grasp of UX principles.
• Clear Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions across all levels.
• Hands-on and Proactive: A proactive, problem-solving designer who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Passion for User-Centric Design: A deep commitment to user-centered design practices and methodologies.
