Head of Projects

"EcoFishCircle is entering an exciting growth phase and is seeking a project manager who will play a central role in the time ahead. This is an opportunity for someone who wishes to combine technical expertise with commercial skills in a role that covers both sales and design of land-based fish farming facilities using RAS technology. The position involves being responsible for driving sales processes, leading project work, and developing technical solutions in collaboration with our 'Head of Technology.' The position will also have project responsibility for our subsidiary Lista Laks."

As the "Head of Projects," you will have overall responsibility for both technical project planning and sales. This includes, among other things:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities through active customer follow-up and networking.
• Further developing our solutions in collaboration with our technology team
• Ensuring the quality and feasibility of technical solutions.
• Leading the project planning process, including coordination of technical designers, project managers, and construction managers.
• Ensuring continuous improvement of the company.
• Travel is to be expected.

Desired qualifications and personal attributes:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant project management position. Preferably within land-based aquaculture, but no requirement
• Technical understanding of project planning, product development, and governance tools
• Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English, as well as the ability to lead technical teams and sales processes.
• Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and business development, particularly within technical products or solutions.
• Skilled at building and maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
