Role Overview

We are seeking skilled IT Software Developers to join our dynamic Digital & Technology team. As a key player in our Digital Delivery team, you'll be instrumental in driving the strategic ambitions of the Client. You will develop and deliver technical solutions within a customer-centric culture, enhancing the experience and performance of our digital properties.

Role responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of digital customer and advisor journeys on our digital properties.
• Contribute to strategic planning activities, including scoping and sizing.
• Perform critical analysis and peer code reviews.
• Represent the team in workshops to ensure optimal solutions.
• Mentor and train team members as needed.
• Collaborate with business partners and third-party vendors.
• Challenge team standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay current with new skills and technologies.

Desired Knowledge / Experience / Skills

• BSc degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
• 6+ years of experience in backend development using C# and .NET Core.
• Strong expertise in designing and building RESTful APIs and integrating with third-party services.
• Experience with Azure API Management (APIM) for securing and managing APIs.
• Solid understanding of Azure Cloud services, including Azure Functions, App Services, and Storage.
• Experience with SQL Server and database performance optimization.
• Proficiency in handling JSON over REST for data exchange.

Additional Experience (Optional):

• Some experience with React.js, TypeScript, and modern front-end development .
• Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices in an Azure environment.
• Knowledge of identity and authentication services, with a preference for Azure AD B2C.
