Our client, a leading energy provider, is seeking an experienced Residential Products and Propositions Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of their residential energy offerings across electricity, gas, and bundled services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing Product & Propositions team to deliver compelling, customer-centric energy offerings.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle – from strategy and go-to-market planning to in-life management and performance monitoring.
- Define and evolve the residential product strategy in line with market developments, customer insights, and commercial opportunities.
- Collaborate across functions including Marketing, Sales, Digital, and Customer Operations to ensure seamless delivery and execution.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure commercial viability and strong operational performance.
Requirements:
- Relevant third-level qualification or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 7–10 years' experience in the utility sector or similar customer-focused, commercial environment.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing the full product lifecycle.
- Experience managing complex commercial projects or partnerships.
- Strong track record in developing and launching innovative, commercially successful propositions.
