Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust connections to a wide variety of digital asset exchanges, focusing on performance and reliability.
• Identify issues in existing systems and implement fixes and improvements.
• Design and enhance internal monitoring tools to improve the stability and uptime of critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in backend software development or engineering.
• Strong background in developing and maintaining complex, high-performance backend systems — especially those involving advanced business logic, algorithms, or finance applications.
• Excellent programming knowledge and strong understanding of system architecture.
• Proficient in debugging, root cause analysis, and solving intricate technical problems.
• Experience with multiple backend languages; familiarity with Python and Rust is a plus.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and accountable.
• Knowledge of algorithms and machine learning is beneficial.
• Experience in fintech, hedge funds, or blockchain/crypto industries is highly desirable.
• Participation or recognition in math, computer science, physics, or economics competitions (e.g., Olympiads) is a notable asset.
